A little tricky to use   Date Of Review: May 6, 2010 Reviewed by: Online shopaholic, New York, NY I purchased the longer hose because some of the reviews for this product with a shorter hose said it wasn't long enough. Well, in order to prevent water dripping the hose should mostly stay upright, which is really difficult to do with such a long hose. For clothes steaming, it's better to go with the lower end model (the 2000 series). That one is also supposed to heat up much faster and for residential purposes, there's no way you need such a big water container - it's just a big pain. Also, for perfectly ironed work shirts, you still need an iron. You can't get the same crispy look with a steamer, but the quality is passable. I bought this product thinking it is industrial grade and should last a long time. After owning it for 6 months, it leaks water when you turn it on. Very disappointed since it works real well minus the leak!!
