Plastic Parts Break   Date Of Review: November 10, 2009 Reviewed by: Arnold, Oakland, CA, United States It cleans OK out of the box. The use of the word STEAM is blatant misrepresentation. There is no heating function. If you fill it with HOT water, it cleans better. The plastic parts break soon and often. The brushes will cease to turn when wet or dirty! It's Made in Mexico.
