Lewis, This is great stuff and unlike other reviews I noticed no streaks or spotting. It's a pretty neutral chemical and has no strong odor. I put this in my spin scrub after I do the grout with oxy water and it works great for picking up dirt from the grout lines. I also put it in my swipper for weekly mopping. For wood floors I would suggest Min Wax floor cleaner as it does the best job of all the cleaners I've tryed over 40 years.
